All subscription fees are billed monthly and are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Service was not provided as described
  • Technical issues prevented service delivery that we were unable to resolve
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of initial subscription (first-time customers only)

Note: Refunds are not available for:

  • Dissatisfaction with results (as results are not guaranteed)
  • Change of mind after the 48-hour cancellation window
  • Violation of terms of service resulting in account termination
  • Partial month usage

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  2. Include your account email and subscription details
  3. Provide a clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund
  4. Include any relevant documentation or evidence

We will review your request within 5-7 business days and respond via email.

4. Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider.

5. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Refund: A refund returns payment for services already billed. Refunds are only available in exceptional circumstances as outlined above.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us, your account may be suspended. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any issues directly.

7. Legal Rights

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory refund rights, those rights apply.
